Warracknabeal House of Prayer
A Place of God’s Presence
In the Old Testament, the temple was the dwelling place of God’s presence among His people (Exodus 25:8, 1 Kings 8:10-11).
Under the New Covenant, believers themselves are considered God’s temple, but places of prayer remain sacred for collective worship.
(1 Corinthians 3:16).

A House of Prayer for All Nations
Isaiah 56:7 prophesied that God’s house would be “a house of prayer for all nations,” emphasizing inclusivity and unity among Christian people of different groups and backgrounds.
A place of Worship and Reverence
The house of prayer is where believers gather to honor and glorify God (Isaiah 56:7, Psalm 100:4). It is a space set apart for worship, Reading the Bible, praise, and thanksgiving.
A Place of Intercession
It serves as a place where people seek God’s intervention for themselves and others (1 Kings 8:28-30). Solomon’s temple dedication prayer illustrates the idea that prayers offered in God’s house would be heard from heaven.
A Place of Repentance and Forgiveness
The house of prayer is a space where individuals and communities come before God to confess sins and seek His mercy (2 Chronicles 7:14, Luke 18:10-14).
A Place of Healing and Restoration
Jesus emphasized that God’s house should be accessible to all, including those in need of physical, emotional, or spiritual healing (Matthew 21:13-14).
A Place for Teaching and Spiritual Growth
In biblical times, the temple and synagogues were places where God’s Word was read, taught, and discussed (Luke 2:46-47, Acts 2:42).
A Place set aside for the Gathering of God’s people for prayer. (Not a Public Church)
It’s purpose is a place of genuine prayer and worship, rather than worldly pursuits. No Business activities or commercial networking allowed. (Mark 11:17) (Matthew 21:13)
